Philip and I are in white today and so are most of the Indians in my work place. It is the least we can do. Of course we have been praying for India much lately.
I’m sorry for all that has happened in your native land. It’s good to mourn with them. It’s good to have a way to mourn communally, I think. I wish we Americans had a way we could have mourned together after 9/11. We are in a strange way a very lonely people. Our rampant individualism provides little comfort in times of great loss. Blessings to you, and to your family and loved ones in India.
Nice to see such a caring gesture.
