GB learned to love Jesus before he lost interest in the everyday pleasures. I have now seen first hand that it is possible to lose interest even in something as wonderful as food. 😂


Because I have told him that eating is his God-given duty, he dutifully finishes his meals, and is the stronger for it.

But the Bible lesson for us is taken from Ecclsiastes 12:
Remember your Creator
in the days of your youth,
before the days of trouble come
and the years approach when you will say,
“I find no pleasure in them”—
